An assessment is a psychological analysis completed with practical simulations (role plays). An assessment can have a selection or development purpose:
A selection assessment aims to determine whether the candidate is suitable for a particular position. The assessment is then part of the application process.
A development assessment aims to determine what a participant is good at and wants, and which area to develop.
A career development assessment aims to provide the participant with relevant insights and advice in the area of best career moves.
How should I prepare?
When an appointment is made with you for the assessment, you will receive information about how to reach our office and a short information folder for assessment candidates. We recommend you read this folder in order to be aware of practical information. Besides this, you can prepare yourself for the assessment day.

What are capacity tests?
Capacity tests are usually part of the written part of the assessment day. These tests are limited in time and measure the ability to reason logically. Often it is about reasoning with very abstract concepts such as patterns and the relationship between words or numbers. Research shows that capacity tests are good predictors of success in a job.
What is a Personality test?
