After the assessment

Usually the results of the assessment day are discussed within five working days (either by telephone or at LTP). • How reliable are the results of a selection assessment?

The predictability of a selection assessment is easy to monitor. LTP researches this by keeping track of people who have been hired. After approximately one and a half years, we ask the company how the candidate is performing and if our advice was sound. In 92% of the cases, we have predicted correctly. Theoretical research also shows that assessments have good predictive value.

  • What can I do if I have a complaint?

It is possible that you are not fully satisfied with one of our advisors, the procedure during the assessment day or the report. If this is the case, we strive to solve this quickly and to your satisfaction. The first step in the complaint procedure is to discuss your issue with the advisor in question and, if needed, his/ her supervisor. If you are unable to solve the issue, you may opt to file a complaint to the supervisory board, an independent institute within the Netherlands Institute for Psychologists (NIP).
