FAQ
E-assessment
  • What is an e-assessment?

An e-assessment, just like a regular assessment, can be done for selection and development purposes. An e-assessment consists of a number personality questionnaires focused on personality, work styles and motives, and possibly a number of capacity tests. All the tests are taken on a secured website. This is why it is possible, provided there are no capacity tests, to do the assessment at home or at your office. An e-assessment including capacity tests will need to be taken in a controlled environment. This may mean that you need to come to one of our LTP locations or that you are expected to go to a certain place in your organisation. Read more.

  • How can I prepare for an e-assessment?

The most crucial preparation is to make sure you can work in a quiet environment. Are you filling out the questionnaires at home? Ensure you cannot be distracted (turn down the volume of your telephone for example) and that your internet connection is functioning optimally. Aside from this, no further preparation is required.

If you have been invited to participate in an e-assessment including capacity tests you will work in a controlled setting. For example at one of our LTP locations or at a special location in your organisation. This place is set up so that you can work quietly. You can prepare for the capacity tests. Click Practice for more information.

The most important tip: try to be relaxed when you start the e-assessment.

  • What can I do if I encounter problems when doing an e-assessment?

Should you have technical issues, please contact our help desk at LTP: +31 (0) 20 30 50 438 or . The help desk is available during office hours from 8.30 to 17.30.

  • How and when will I receive feedback about my results?

The report of an e-assessment is generated automatically. The reporting time is therefore very short. Usually you will receive a report within two working days after you have completed the e-assessment. In this report you will get results from the personality tests and (if applicable) capacity tests. An LTP advisor will discuss the report with you by telephone usually, but you can also come to one of our offices.
