The findings of the personality tests, capacity tests, role plays and interview are described in a clear report. Your score on the particular competencies will be clearly shown, as well as your working and thinking level. The report usually has an advice/ conclusion and possibly development tips from the advisor. You should know the report is formulated by the same advisor who interviews you.
Report Discussion
The report of your assessment will always be discussed with you. The LTP advisor will plan a meeting with (by phone or face-to-face), usually within five days of the assessment day. During this meeting, the content of the report will be shared with you and there is opportunity for questions from your side. The development needs are reviewed and you can discuss the best ways to work on these.
Sending the report to the client
At the end of the report discussion you will be asked whether the report can be sent to the client. It is important for you to know that the report will only be sent to your direct supervisor (or Human Resources advisor) if you have given prior consent. Should you not give consent, we will inform the person in charge an not send out a report.
Code of conduct NIP (Netherlands Institute for Psychologists)
LTP works in strict compliance with the code of conduct stated by NIP. This code states obligations, procedures and behaviour LTP psychologists need to comply with. These are based on principles such as responsibility, integrity, respect, and competence. This means that we ensure an ethical and upright handling of all steps of the assessment center, such as the right to view the documents of the assessment, to discuss the report and to block the sending of a report. The NIP is the nationwide association for jobs and interests of psychologists. For more information, please check their website.
