These decisions affect individual and organisation. Eventually personnel decisions determine how successful your organisation is. But decision making is work of man and therefore doesn’t always lead to optimal results. Because there is no reliable information about important aspects such as personality, intelligence and skills. With the result that new hires don’t always fit in the organisation. Or, current talent leaves unexpectedly because its value was not appreciated. Missed opportunities with unnecessarily high costs.

Assessment offers you an important tool for decision making processes regarding personnel. With a combination of practical simulations (role plays), mental capacity tests and personality tests, you will receive information that would otherwise have remained unseen.
