A good match between person and work is important. Both the employee and the employer are better off when talent and qualities are optimally used. Organisations often offer several options for personal development of employees. But what if an employee doesn't know on which fields, on which competencies, he or she wants to, and can develop? Or doesn't know where he or she wants to work in the future?

Career Counseling at LTP focuses on the future and on desires: 'What do I want?'. The participant wants to achieve something in his or her career but experiences difficulties in finding the direction, doesn't know exactly what he or she wants or can't translate interests into optional jobs. Besides this, there are frequently underlying questions such as: 'Who am I?' and 'What are my capabilities?'. To find the answers to a question like 'What do I want?' it helps to know who you are and what your capabilities are. A Career Assessment or Career Scan can prove to be very insightful.

Career Counseling is usually short and pragmatic. Besides finding the answers to 'Who am I?', 'What do I want?' and 'What are my capabilities?' our consultants provide support in job choices, writing a good CV (if needed) and effective networking.
