Change Compass is a diagnostic instrument used to gain insight into what is working and what is not working in a current large scale, ongoing, change process.

With this quick scan, delivered as a digital questionnaire, participants give their opinion about the organisation and the approach to the change process. The outcomes are shared in a report that provides insight into three domains: Change Direction, Change Energy and Change Approach. Factors are for example: the involvement of employees, trust, communication and if the newly chosen direction is clear and understood by all.

The goal of the Change Compass is to clarify if employees feel they have sufficient energy and focus to reach the new course, and to understand how people perceive the approach to change. Based on these outcomes we advise and work with you to optimally support the current change process.
