The workshop Management of Change increases the awareness of a leader with respect to the way change occurs in organisations, and what the role is of the leader in this change. The personal and tangible experiences of the participants are the starting point to discuss and bring into practice different management theories and opinions of change leaders such as: Kotter, Spencer Johnson, De Caluwe and Vermaak.
