The Compliance Culture Measurement is a risk analysis, developed based on literature around 'whistle blowing', integrity and case studies from the banking sector.

Employees fill out a form about culture aspects, such as trust, leadership, transparency and perceived pressure at work. Based on these results, an assessment is made of the probability that behaviour that does not coincide with the rules is actually corrected.

Developed for the financial sector this instrument is applicable in any environment where it is important to stick to the rules and where issues such as fraud and compliance are key.

The results and conclusions are integrated into a report, in which tangible advice is provided to strengthen the compliance culture. For example through specific interventions.
