'DetaJob' is a programme with a duration of - in principle - two years during which candidates can gain work experience in the external market through outsourcing. The goal is to find a suitable work place.

During the outsourcing, candidates take part in a job search club where they get support in their job search in the external market. In the job search club, several themes are covered,  from writing a resume to networking.

The 'DetaJob' programme looks as follows:

• Intake
• Contract with secondment agency
• Short education programme & Individual support
• Secondment & 'Job Search Club' / various workshops
• Evaluation

There are also options for a tailored 'DetaJob' programme.

During two large reorganisations at Philips Consumer Lifestyle in Drachten, the Netherlands, 15 candidates took part in the 'DetaJob' programme on a voluntary basis. Below are the results:
