Employability means that people can be, and stay, optimally employed in the work environment. Within the current organisation, but also in the labour market.

LTP believes you are only optimally employable when, with your own passion as a starting point, you take individual responsibility for it.

With this as a basic assumption, LTP has actively inspired people to 'move', by providing insights that motivate people to achieve to their maximum potential in order to increase their employability.

In this field, we provide group and individual programmes. A Personal Employability Plan (PEP), in which the participant presents his or her career options is crucial.

We also focus on the transition-phase. Change in life and career are a challenge and we assist participants to deal with it and take responsibility for it.

• Deta Retrain - retrain through education and labour market  
• Deta Job - employability external labour market through interim jobs
