A group assessment is more than a few individual assessments bundled together; it provides information about individuals but also about the organisation as a whole. A group assessment procedure at LTP consists of extensive fine-tuning around the context of the organisation and the goals of the assessment. A lot of attention goes in to the different phases of the assessment, such as the preparation leading to the assessments and the follow-up after the assessments, including clear communication with participants.

The content of the programme is determined in close teamwork with you and can vary from short e-assessments to multiple day development centers with practical simulations and management games. The 'owner' of the project on the client side often participates in such assignments.

By bundling the assessment results of the individual participants we can articulate findings for each individual but also obtain interesting information about the identity of the organisation.

Besides this we conduct benchmark research by comparing the findings of the participants of your organisation with those of other organisations. We have access to a large database for this.
