Increasingly companies are combining a selection or development assessment at one of the LTP locations with one or more e-tools. We call this a hybrid assessment. A hybrid assessment consists of several personality questionnaires, work styles and motives, capacity tests, role plays and an interview with a consultant. The personal touch (of personal contact) and the expertise of an assessment consultant are combined with the flexibility of e-tools.

Participants fill out the internet-based questionnaires and tests prior to the hybrid assessment, which is why the assessment at LTP only takes half a day. This often makes planning much easier in a busy agenda.

The results of the questionnaires and tests are combined with the observations and findings of the consultant in an integrated report. This report also holds remarks and development tips regarding the different (organisation specific) competencies. A hybrid assessment is tailored to your requirements and needs, both in content as in technical terms. It is really tailored to your company. A hybrid assessment is especially suitable for larger organisations that will use these assessments for a longer period of time and want groups of people to take part in them simultaneously.
