Leadership, culture, personal development and competencies: topics that have led to numerous publications and about which many opinions exist. Nevertheless, to determine what is really applicable and leads to results, sound research is essential. That is why LTP continuously invests, since its start-up in 1927, in research and innovation. The services provided by LTP have always had a strong foundation of academic concepts and proven methodologies. LTP was started-up within the VU University in Amsterdam and has strong ties with this academic institution to this date.

We are very aware of the impact that our advice has on organisations and individual employees.
