The analysis and organisation dynamics help determine what actions need to be taken in order to break the patterns (habits) and bottlenecks, and bring the energy and focus back into the organisation. This is documented in a Change Plan. Depending on the analysis, this is sometimes more focused on skills and sometimes more focused on own research, awareness and change of attitude.
