LTP consultants have extensive experience working together with the interested party (or the party concerned) to design and carry out interventions and the overall implementation of the Change Plan. In effect, this ensures optimum input of knowledge and experience of people (for example employees, supervisors or clients), and at the same time creates support and energy to ease change. Nevertheless it is important for participants to be aware of the extent to which they can influence situations.

Some of the working methods are:


  • Future Search:

    An inspiring working relationship which encourages the party concerned to find what engages them in their future vision. The desired future is key, not the current issues.   • Open Space:

    This working relationship goes back to the basics of holding a meeting: parallel discussions. It is an ideal way to let people participate in groups of 30 – 400 participants. The participants take ideas from one group to another in order to create cross-pollination. Relevant themes that are brought up by groups will be discussed in different group compositions, after which the outcomes are shared via wall papers.   • World Café:

    This form facilitates communication in large groups. While discussing issues, in changing groups, a shared vision is created of the future. In this process, the collective intelligence unfolds.
