Learning Works Print

'Learning Works' is a six to eight week programme during which candidates formulate a personal employability plan relating to their long term employability within the current organisation.

As the name describes, the programme focuses on the benefit of the right schooling and bringing that to the attention of candidates. The goal for participants is to determine what their needs are in terms of education in order to be maximally employable.

A group programme 'Learning Works' is set up as follows:

  • Intake
  • Group programme (several workshops)
  • Individual programme (personality and capacity tests, individual sessions)
  • Personal Employability Plan
  • Evaluation
  • Future programme

It is also possible to conduct the 'Learning Works' for individuals. Instead of workshops, there will be several meetings with a (career) consultant.

An example

In 2008/2009 we conducted 'Learning Works' as a group programme at Philips Consumer Lifestyle in Drachten, the Netherlands. Around 120 participants took part on a voluntary basis. Below are the results:
