The style and quality of leaders are determining factors in the success of an organisation. Leaders, who motivate and provide clarity, are best able challenge employees to give their best and perform optimally to add value to the goals of the organisation. The role of leading by example is an important element. The expectations of (potential) leaders are therefore high.

Investing in the development of leaders can prove to have a leveraging effect. The management development and leadership development programmes at LTP are always tailored to the organisation and are built up around three domains. Effective behaviours can’t be seen independently from personal style and traits of a leader (domain 1), his/her interaction with employees, colleagues and his/ her own leaders (domain 2), and the context of the leader (domain 3).
