'New Start' is a six to eight week programme during which candidates formulate a personal employability plan relating to their long term employability within the current organisation.

As the name describes, the programme focuses on the benefit of the right schooling and bringing that to the attention of candidates. The goal for participants is to determine what their needs are in terms of education in order to be maximally employable.

A group programme 'Learning Works' is set up as follows:

  • Intake
  • Group programme (several workshops)
  • Individual programme (personality and capacity tests, individual sessions)
  • Personal Employability Plan
  • Evaluation
  • Future programme
  • It is also possible to conduct the 'New Start' for individuals. Instead of workshops, there will be several meetings with a (career) consultant.
An example

In 2009 we conducted 'New Start' as a group programme at Philips Consumer Lifestyle in Drachten, the Netherlands. Around 100 participants took part in the programme. Below are the results:
