LTP was founded in 1927 and is one of the oldest consulting firms in the Netherlands. Our long history in organisational psychology shaped our firm to become what it is today: a company with over 150 psychologists, economists, business administration specialists and other professionals who combine strengths to provide clients with practical Human Resources solutions.

LTP works from five geographic locations: Amstelveen (head office), Drachten, Eindhoven, Groningen, and Rotterdam. Worldwide, we have a strong partner network, GAPI Consult. This network allows us to serve our internationally operating clients.
