Can a candidate perform successfully in a key role? What effect will hiring this manager as the general manager have? Do the strengths of this applicant fit with our new commercial strategy?

The LTP selection assessment answers many personnel related questions. Often this assessment takes place during the hiring process. The primary goal of a selection assessment is to determine the probability of success in a specific job of one or several candidates. Some ‘hard’ functional requirements will be tested (such as the level of mental capacities), as well as some ‘soft’ functional requirements: personality and competencies. We often use our Think-Feel-Do (Action) model as a framework.

Our suitability advice is clear, the reports are to-the-point and readable. The overall picture can often be deduced at first glance, the nuances are clearly formulated.
