Organisations have an increasingly diverse workforce. Especially for assessment candidates who, for whatever reason, do not have much experience with assessment, in particular those with a non-native Dutch background, LTP developed the Spectrum Assessment. In this assessment, the key point is that the results of the assessment should not be influenced by: limited test- and assessment experience, insufficient understanding of the language and being locked in stereotypes. Candidates should be able to perform at their best within the context in which they (will) operate.
